What do you do with my
credit card information?
Once your payment has been processed, we do not keep any
of your credit card information on file. In order to add
another album to your records, you will have to fill out
your information again. This will ultimately protect your
personal information. We also use PayPal because they
are the largest credit card processing company and have
a great reputation for high security.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
We will refund your payment for a returned item, if the
item is received within 14 days of the shipping date and
the returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in
its original packaging). We are not able to refund you
for shipping cost, so we recommend you put “Return
To Sender” on the package if you changed your mind
once you have received the CD.

What payments do you accept?
We accept all credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club) and e-checks
through PayPal. We also accept money orders and checks,
but we will not ship the product until payment has been
cleared.
How do you protect my music?
Since we are an online music store, it is the responsibility
of each artist and/or record label to copyright your music.
We are not responsible for any copyright infringement.
We just want to sell as many of your CDs as we possibly
can.
How do I listen to the sound
files from the site?
You can click on the play button
that is listed next to the song title. If there is not
a play button next to the song title, the artist choose
not to have that song added.
Each song title that is available to
be heard will open up in your default mp3 player on your
computer. We use mp3 files for better compression and
lower file sizes.
How much does it cost to sign
up?
We have different payment options to join the Music Store. You can view them by clicking here.
Is there a fee when my album
is purchased?
Most record companies and distributors only allow the
artist to make $1-$2 per CD sold. In our efforts to empower
our artists and record labels to make a successful career
in the music industry, we only charge a fee of $3 per
CD sold. This will allow the artist and/or record label
to make all the money above that fee. For example: An
artist can charge $15.99 for their album and they will
make $12.99 per album sold!
Do I have to sign a contract?
There are NO exclusive contracts or agreements that you
have to sign. Once you pay your processing fee, we will
catalog your music for as long as you want to remain an
artist. Simple as that!
Can I advertise on the site?
If you are an artist, record label, industry professional,
or seeking to reach the urban music market, there are
SEVERAL ways to expose yourself on our website. For more

market, statistics,
and rates.
